You can believe what you wish. All I know is that there has been no public, verifiable evidence of an on-going business called tmmi for several years. As I recall, didn't the website add a bunch of network marketing-type links? If that's what you call an update, so be it. Does the website include the address of tmmi's place of business? If I call their telephone number will I get corporate headquarters and speak to a paid employee or will I reach a personal residence? If I had access to company records, would I find W-2s for employees? Did the company file a 1998 federal income tax return? If so, did it show any revenue? Expenses? Did the company file payroll tax forms for the first quarter of 1999? Has the company had a shareholders meeting in ANY of the last 5 years? Are there minutes of all Board of Directors meetings in the last 5 years? When was the last Board of Directors meeting? Is tmmi in good legal standing in the state in which it is registered? What state is it registered in?
