FOCUS-U.S. existing home sales drop 4.0 pct in May

WASHINGTON, June 25 (Reuters) - U.S. existing home sales fell for the second month in a row in May, dropping 4.0 percent, as higher mortgage rates helped dampen the red-hot real estate market, a real estate group said on Friday.

Now credit card rates go up and loans go up and qualification gets a bit stiffer
