i'm sure there's a clever lad out there somewhere with some kind of arbitrage model for warrants......Question? does the "20-day rule" start all over again if they close below 24.

Price is now 24 but it has been as low as 23 1/2 today! How is the 20 day limit calculated - on end of day price or intraday? This has been done on just average volume. Why has it gone down so much - manipulation? Qui Bono?
