Anyone know what Cymer charges for these upgrade kits? An aside - I'm disheartened to see that Pascal Didier has fallen prey to the decline in English standards. 'Preventative' - aargh. Another aside - there's an interesting article in the New York Times (www.nytimes.com) Technology section today about a new kind of computer chip. You have to register to read the article, but it's free. The title is "The Ultimate Computer Learns to Think in Reverse". I'll try to put a link to it below, but it may not work correctly. nytimes.com
