I call this good.

Services revenue -- which accounts for more than half of its overall sales -- climbed 22 percent to $1.43 billion from $1.17 billion.

The stronger-than-expected results -- particularly in its applications business -- show that the company is likely gaining market share from competitors such as SAP AG (NYSE:SAP - news), PeopleSoft Inc. and others.
