I suspect closing price is the determinant as it often is a factor in pricing buyouts and other transactions, whether on a single day or averaged. People who trade in the warrants may wish to have the opportunity continue but that's a stretch to my thinking. How's the tone of the market in general today as compared to our direction? Have we often run counter to it if that's the case right now? (that's my impression but I haven't made specific note of it). How badly is the company impacted if conversion doesn't take place? Obviously they have other means of raising capital but were they expecting this $$ now? Dee Jay
