how often has CSCO disappointed anybody? How many former CSCO customers do you want? There are many, many, many out there that are sick of CSCO's nickel and diming them to death. AND not to mention forcing proprietary upgrades (more MSFT-like greed) that doesnt work on their legacy systems. CSCO doesnt believe in service calls, they call them SALES calls!!! Typical kiss their b*tt today, screw 'em tomorrow corporate attitude. Another fine Cisco solution!
