well, dayyym, I'm on a roll today. Ridiculous and stupid both. Anything else you'd like to add? And if you've lived in the poor south it's not hard to understand. You might not feel the same or agree, but the reasons are very clear.

(This was targeted for jp) Hope you didn't vote for Bob Barr or Jesse Helms of any other of those stupid twerps. I am afraid most poor Southern whites are poor because they got the government services they voted for. And that's stupid. Just about as dumb as the Iraqis or the North Irish or the Serbs. A lot of them got killed in a war that meant nothing but suffering for them and their families. They would have saved money if they had just stayed home and cut their throats. The rich ones fought too, but they had something to fight for -- the ability to enslave their fellow men and women. To hell with them too. Nothing personal. I was lucky to escape to paradise.
