"Can we use this for an upgrade to Win2000?" Are you referring to Office 97? The only software that you purchase today that I know of that will serve as a prequel to Windows 2000 is Windows NT 4.0 You could get the upgrade edition of Office 2000 if you already have a copy of Office 97. However, at $300 it's still pretty stiff. On another note, I noticed there's now 3 different Office packages...Standard, Professional, and Deluxe. (Which has pretty much every Microsoft application ever made) <g> Rich
