Great article, but as in print journalism, if its the truth, you shouldn't have to worry, huh, Tom. I for one, don't believe that free speech should include libel or slander!! Get a life, Thomas, you will sleep better at night.

Tom, I don't know if you even want to hear my $0.02 but here goes. Given what these other companies are doing, Franklin could potentially take you to court and break you financially by just making you pay to defend yourself -- even if you do think you are RIGHT... even if in the end you ARE RIGHT and end up not having to pay a judgement. It's not winning or losing the war that will get you, it's the battle (court and legal fees) silly! You aren't even invested in the stock; all you have here is a grandstand of sorts with a lot of negative energy constantly flowing back to you. Put your energy into something that makes YOUR or your family's life better, where you get something back of value. Spend the time reading to your kids; if you don't have kids do volunteer work. What you are doing is so patently unwise, it's beyond my comprehension. This isn't meant to bash you, it's just my observation after reading all of your posts. Hey, if anyone should bitch about this stock it should be me; I OWN it (going on two years) and and would like the share price to increase! Anyway, it's your life. Regards, Jim
