Inc. (OTC BB:NSTG) announced today that it has entered into a letter of
intent with Com.Odyssey to form a strategic partnering alliance and
joint venture company called VeeAreCity's...The Burbs.
VeeAre City's...The Burbs is an online informational web site designed
to offer its visitors access to local news and events in major cities.
NorStar will integrate VeeAreCity's...The Burbs into its innovative
domain (www.veearecity.com) and provide the visitor with local news,
events, and advertising in major U.S. hub cities. The Burbs
(www.the-burbs.com) has recently opened in the Tampa, Florida area and
presently attracts more than 300,000 unique visitors each month to its
site. Wayne Alexander, Com.Odyssey's Managing Director, anticipates
VeeAreCity's...The Burbs advertising revenues at approximately $2
million per year per target reach city. VeeAreCity's...The Burbs is
expected to open in other markets very soon. The cities scheduled to be
opened are: Jacksonville, Orlando, Miami, Atlanta, Detroit, San Diego,
and Los Angeles. Future growth plans include: Baltimore, Boston,
Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Las Vegas, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, New York
City, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, and Seattle.
