I agree with you Mogul to a point. The only thing the financials will tell us is that Microphonics is legitimate. We all know that they lost money in 1998 and they only made a small amount in the first quarter of 1999. When we see the financials, there won't be a tickertape parade in celebration, but it will alleviate some investor's fears about investing in a non-reporting company. I sold 1/2 my holdings when the stock hit 2 3/4 just last week or the one before. Now I am glad that I did. This company has a lot going for it and I will put that money back in when I feel that it will do me some good. 2 1/4 looks good right now, but I think we could see lower prices if MRPS doesn't come out with those papers. If I was MRPS, I would be paying those accountants overtime to get the financials out ASAP. IOMH
