Steve: Thanks for mentioning that conference. I probably should go, but I don't like planning things way in advance.

No, I am not presently a DCHT shareholder, but as I have said before, would certainly consider it, if the company did three things:

1) reported financials to the SEC,
2) had enough capital - my analysis suggests that, that when we finally see the numbers, we won't like the level of cash and borrowing power. So I think it will be necessary to raise capital, but that will be almost impossible to do until DCHT has audited financials, and
3) behaved with integrity, which doesn't rule out financial PR, but does rule out spam campaigns and press releases with projections that management knows perfectly well are false.

There is a tremendous potential in fuel cells and, possibly, hydrogen sensors, but if DCHT doesn't have the appropriate amount of capital to hire good employees and pay for a hefty R&D budget, the company will never be a player. And if management has to devote hours talking to SEC defense lawyers instead of focusing on business, that isn't good either.

Let DCHT get all these issues behind them, and I may turn out to be a big fan.
