I'm not a bigtime trader at all. I hold large positions in stocks I believe have potential. I don't trade in and out. ACTV has potential - no doubt about it. But in my previous posts the last few days I wasn't trying to create a negative impression. The price action on a stock tells me all I want to know. But I'm very concerned in here about possible competition that may surprise us, launch concerns, revenue concerns, good news and average PR, management, interest rates, the Fed, etc., etc., etc.

There is a wall of worry that investors should climb - learned that in Investing 101. For those who are complacent and think everything is so AOK that nothing can't go wrong, that management is infallible, that relationships with large companies cannot turn on a dime, etc., - well that is not sound investing IMO. I have raised these concerns - all they are are concerns - they are not spurious comments to drive the stock price down. Why would I want to do that? I'm LONG but CAUTIOUS.

I will tell you this. ACTV broke the 50 DMA today. Historically, that's been a good time to buy. But I won't hold my position if I see this stock head towards its 200 DMA and neither would a lot of other investors - and then you have a meltdown. I HOPE THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN!!!!! Good luck to you.

I love how when the stock goes up, everyone starts 'congratulating' each other, and when we tank, the arguing and name calling begins.

Mt take on all this wonderful news is it still says "we are going to..." "we will be working on..." "later this year..." "details of the agreement were not disclosed...", yada, yada, yada.

IMO, This stock will not move until we get news such as "Liberty Media today signed an agreement with Toyota for x dollars. Of this ACTV will receive X dollars per whatever".
