any reason why you think news is a couple of months off

I am just guessing when I say the news is a couple of months off, for all I know the news will come out tomorrow. However the trading the past week seems to be saying the news is not coming this week.

I am fairly sure that JDX already has a deal in mind and is working out the details and negotiating as we speak. Now that the technology/internet market has cooled off significantly JDX will be able to get a far better deal than 2-3 months

Why mid to late August for the news??

These guys are professional promotors and know how the market works. Ideally for a huge short term run-up they should have released the news around 6-8 weeks ago when the market was super hot. However they likely held off because they couldn't arrange good terms for a deal in a hot market because people were willing to pay any price for a piece of the action. Yes the deal would have ran the stock up huge in the short term but it would not have been the best move for the medium to long term price. Since these guys are holding restricted paper because of the private placement they want the stock price to be huge next year also and not just a short term run.

If they do plan on running this stock over $10 they are going to need a great deal that won't dilute the shares too much and won't set them back a lot of cash. If they were smart and wanted the best terms for a deal they would wait until the market was in the toilet and then draw up the fine paper work. Then when the market heats up again in August-September (like it always does) they will release the news and start the promotion train.

Of course I'm just guess and have been wrong before.

Best Regards
KEITH
