Unless there is a wide-spread market melt-down, my logic is to hold - we are not very close to the next reporting date. I agree with your assessment, and shall continue to wait.

Fundamental #1 of investing: NEVER sell when the price is moving up...esp in a steady manner. Rule #1...always use stop sells to protect profit, and last, be willing to leave a little on the table to watch for indications of a downturn.
Very Basic.

Now, Turb has best point...we need to share any whisper news A.S.A.P....this is so vital to our strategy and futures. I sold 20 27.1/2 options today for 1and 1/8 and will buy back if trends higher...so much rides on the 2Q report...lets start calling and trying to pry it out of anyone....brokers, ATMEL its own self..anywhere. I'll call PaineWebber.
