I find it utterly bizarre. I find your recent behavior to be utterly bizarre. You have gone from an arrogant, mean spirited prognosticator of of doom and gloom to Little Red Riding Hood confronted by the Big Bad Wolf. You should stop, really you should. Those who have been victimized by you and your groups efforts to dismantle investor message boards and destabilize the shareholder value of numerous securities can't help but scratch their heads after reading your latest sympathy ploy. You can't be serious about the suggestion that you are being victimized or you are being targeted by a group attempt to silence you. Jan, I did not file a lawsuit against you, two companies did. These lawsuits were not filed because some insignificant shareholder of a stock that you and your group targeted for an "inquisition" called these companies and said "mean and nasty" things about you. These companies did what they felt was necessary to correct a problem that has has ventured too far away from the straight and narrow approach of disagreeing about a subject at hand. No matter how you put a spin on it, that is all that really matters. You can say what you want about trailers in Texas and alleged felony accusations (of which I have not the slightest clue of what you're talking about) all day and into the millennium, but it won't change the fact that certain people didn't find the behavior of several John Doe's to be funny anymore and took the steps they felt were needed to confront their concerns. You really shouldn't make others the scapegoats for the behavior of those named in the lawsuits.
