I wouldn't say that it either sucks or is a great thing to be in the Pinks, any more than being on another exchange.

I would say, in my own opinion, that while I personally would not buy any company not subject to minimum disclosure or listing requirements without doing an exhaustive amount of due dilligence, there are - as with every market - probably great opportunities, as well as perils, among Pink Sheet/OTCBB stocks, etc.

The rules apply across the board(s) - pun intended, but regretted:

It only sucks to be on the pink sheets at this particular time.......Shortly, the bulletin board stocks will become sort of like the small cap nasdaqs......and the pink sheets will soon be automated, becoming like the bulletine boards are now.....

In fact, what is very interesting, is that the nasdaq is delisting a whole bunch of companies from the bulletine board to pink sheets to "PROTECT THE SHAREHOLDERS"...Thats the biggest joke ever.....On the pinks, until they automate, the spreads on stocks are 3 times as large as the bulletine board....thus buyers and sellers are at the whim of the market maker, unlike the automated systems.....which in turn means a completely controlled market burning the investors much much more than had they stayed on the bulletine board....

Nasd is such a brilliant organization.......Moe is the president...curly vice...Larry....vp of operations....lol
