I believe they have been. But alot have been diversifying, that's why alot of funds have seen a falloff in % gains year on year. In addition, that money is parked in their funds. That is, they HAVE to put it somewhere....even if it is in the bank. Reality is, they will see prices fall x%, then they will take it out of the bank and force another runup in stocks. It's a 9 month cycle that seems to have reached its 4th iteration starting in mid May. End of July, it should have played itself out.
