Thanks Z,

I am just blabbing right now.

I hate to see that much red.

Hanging on for dear life...lol.

zuma_rk ..

Have we seen any actual numbers
of electronic payments that CKFR's subscribers
actually initiate ??? I hear alot about signing
up the billers but not much on the payments side.
I'm trying to get a handle on the 'adoption' rate
of the subscriber base .. My read on the CC and
offering the service for 'free' is that CKFR's
management is concerned that the 'adoption' rate
is not high enough and a fear that TP will be
coming to market with a competing offering before
a 'crital mass' of 'payers' has signed up to
pay their bills on-line.

Jim in CT .. long on CKFR

If anyone had told you three short weeks ago when the suit was settled with Intuit that that was going to be the prelude to a string of bad news, we would have tested his sanity. Instead of the expected and rational new portal and biller announcements that CKFR seemed freed up to do, we have gotten a depressive secondary and significantly lower earnings guidance.
I find the word "perverse" (often used to describe this company and stock) to be a woefully deficient explanation. There ought to be a law (against this) and not just Murphy's.
