Question to the board? Okay, if the company is Mitsibushi, I can almost understand the secrecy. However, if it's anybody else, why not let us know who it is, and WHAT it is. Is it a patent that might start being used by a lot of companies? Or is it an old patent. HDTV? That would be nice. If it doesn't involve national security, as much of their work does, then it's BS not to let us in on what's going on. Why not let us know which patent it concerns. I mean, aren't we all co-owners of Ampex? This is a bit of the old arrogance that's always been typical of AXC, our "father's" company.......Not very "interactive" with shareholders, right? AC.
