I can't help it, Small Fry. :) I work in a speculative business in which properties far less liquid and far more expensive than stocks can be subject to wild swings in the market and can subject their owners to huge losses. One does his best to counsel buyers in ways to minimize risk by buying the "right" properties at the "right" price in the "right" location---but in the end, when the market goes down, they all go down, some worse than others. And when they go up, the best ones really soar. {dismounting soapbox now)
