Thanks Jonathan, but he neglected to forward to you my response that was sent to him by Jeffrey D: TO: Mike Langdon 1) there is nothing official from the company that XSNI is what you describe it as - only the OTCBB and you 2) Lehmans says it doesn't even belong to Manning/Xstream - Prove it - I did prove it and they refused to say whether they handle XSNI or not. You see, Mike Langdon, in America when a symbol is is on any trade board - a broker HAS to tell the inquirer whether they handle an issue or not - THAT IS NOT CONFIDENTIAL - evidently your contact in Lehmans is paranoid and now thinks the SEC is calling him trying to trap him. Too bad huh? 3) You are not the only nor most informative weak link in the quiet zone. You have proferred very little and the post was not directed at you - however it did prove you guys over there are most interested in how high we can take the stock price of XSNI so when those 30 million shares that Manning said were being held until a later date - those were the other 30 million and they are to be released on June 30, 1999. 4) 5 million share blocks are already targeted, strategic timing. Lots of noise coming out of the quiet zone, someone is popping the corks a little too soon. 5) assumptions are like assholes - that is what got this company off the floor - assumptions and got alot of assholes in deeper than they want to be 6) Manning intentionally and willingly lied to me and encouraged rumours that were false to be continued. I asked a question and he balked - he wouldn't give me the answer and that to me got me started on my dig. Took a while, but it did not deter me when I had to post negative news - funny it got you to me pretty quick, also some others who are just as interested as yourself. 7) Well if you say one thing and Lehmans says another and neither is true - I guess your insider at Lehmans told you to shut up too? 8) If Manning wanted to get this straight HE has to set it straight; he was thrilled people wre buying his OTCBB ticker stocks when I called - just thrilled. Don't tell me the listing was a mistake 9) Fox Hayes set up all the other corporations and you think another stab at it will work, or are you going to dump your shares as soon as you can - how many of formerly worthless stock shraeholders do you think will stagger their sells, think they'd risk another venture on Manning, how good do you think his word is when you had to approach Megacom to surprise them you knew about their other underhanded deals? Do not chastise me for trying to protect my interests and those of my fellow investors. I don't want them and didn't want us to end up in the same boat as you. You need not worry; I have completed my spouting off; Manning has been spammed at every office with my email which I am sure you read on this thread; as well as several other offices. All I wanted was the truth, there are alot of people over here that may lose alot, and his word hasn't been too good in the past now has it Mike. I shall not provide any documentation to anyone unless there is a legal suit; I am not instituting anything; conmen play these games all the time, losers all the time. I hope for the people in Canada and America that are holding this XSNI stock that it is the IPO they are dreaming about and that it is the WHOLE x-stream.com UK and not some little subsidiary - but what do you think the chances of that are Mike? You don't have to answer, I really don't care; I want to see some of these people get recovery and at least break even - are you going to be buying XSNI or selling? Go read www.clearstation.com posts at XSNI and see what I think about Manning and his fox hayes feigning ignorance on which board to put XSNI on. That I was confident from the beginning - they knew exactly what they are doing, and you know it too Mike - the real question that perhaps you answer to Jeffrey here is: Are you going to be buying XSNI stock or selling? Lots of those loudmouths over in the quiet zone are leaning one way, which is it? No need to respond any more I am done with this issue; I have to get the crud off me, try to help out the Yanks over here and buy up some of this great holding XSNI - show us your confidence and that would mean alot. Jonathan, I apologize if you misunderstoond my reason for investigation and getting all the information from anyone and everyone involved - VERIFICATION to substantiate the worth of what I am holding; there are many people involved in this. I asked Mr. Manning several times to clarify things and I gave him websites and links; it is up to him to set this straight; I have the history in publicly filed documentation regrading the people involved int he past corporations and their participants that will inherit the vast majority of the wealth of XSNI. If Mr. Manning says one thing and alot of people involved say another, who am I to believe - I have to call everyone; from the beginning I said I would post things exactly as I found them; If Mr. Manning did not lie when he talked with me, he certainly encouraged roumours and speculation and was thrilled that people were buying his XSNI. IF IT IS ALL TRUE - AND XSNI IS THE IPO THEN THAT IS ALL THE BETTER FOR ALL INVOLVED. That Mike Langdon got into the middle of this is not due to me; he made public posts indicating his knowledge of activities prior to them being released all over Hemscott; bragged about how connected he was, and that he would Dish information out as he saw fit - well to me that broke any protection he had to privacy - as he was posting information on a public board in March 1998. Keeping a secure eyeball on his interest and keenly aware of management activities, even bragging how he surprises them with his inside knowledge. That he bragged about. Someone is or had been providing him information, and he was proud to be the man in the know and was relinquishing his privacy to that knowledge and its sources when he published publicly. Sorry, but I got into this to protect my interest and those I came to know on this thread, even those I don't know about who are in it. Everything I know about this company is publicly posted. If there was anything wrong, I asked for clarification from every source, and had informed Mr. Manning via emails of same. I even gave him this boards link and begged him to come over and get things fixed QUICK. XSNI is a publicly held company now and something has to be known about it. Since all we have to do is speculate on what we find, well then it is imperative upon those in control to QUASH all falsities immediately as soon as they become aware of them and make corrections accordingly. That Mr. Manning chose not to act or any of his barristers or anybody else, I cannot speak to. The point is I asked repeatedly and got conflicting responses. VERIFY I have every right to verify and publish anything that is on a public recording, digital, periodical or otherwise - if it is public - privacy of that issue is lost. If Mike Langdon was really concerned about us all, he would be glad that this is all out in the open so we all get the equal oppportunity to know what is going on. He owns XSNI shares, past presidents of prior companies now own XSNI shares - they seem to know what they have, but we don't. I just wanted to find out. If we all know for sure, then we can all be equally excited about the prospects and potential. We just need to be all on the same page, public company, public knowledge; descrepancies - get them corrected QUICKLY. To be sure Mr. Manning shouldn't have said anything when I called and perhaps none of this would have occurred; unless I went back and read some of UPTICK's posts after sitting for so long without substantiation. There has been afforded to Mr. Manning and megacom et al plenty of opportunity to respond - they could have issued a press release; I called the office, emailed, several others called and left emails. Mr. Manning needs to make a statement and tell EVERYONE equally what we all hold in XSNI - not different definitions for different classes of holders - we all own common stock don't we or not? Is Mike's XSNI different from the XSNI I hold (my 10 shares)? If not, why isn't the good news out over here for us XSNI holders? We know absolutely nothing and can only go on history and the trail of activity by Mr. Manning. I am sorry Mike feels like that, but Mr. Manning could have found Mike's posts on hempscott if he looked and so could anyone else. He was already known, he exposed himself, not I. Someone needs to find out how Mike got all the information he did. He is not at fault - he is protecting his interest the best he can - he's been waiting 4 years and so has his fellow investors; I am just doing the same thing on this side of the "pond" - to protect the XSNI investors who bought the paper. rEGARDING THE cAPPER BROTHERS, THAT WAS MADE PRIOR TO YOU SENDING ME THE CORRECTION AND DISCLAIMER.
