rob,

I disaagree with you about the secondary. Generally seen as a negative for companies in immediate need of funds to accomadate their burn rate...buying time,

Doesn't seem to be the case here. I look upon it as a way of getting some support form those whit ears and pockets.

So we spin off some stock, though not really as it's only half they bought back in the $6, How much more stock will come out of the float when we begin to get addditionl coverage?

Just my musings(everyone is doing it)

>>>I think MSFT/Transpoint will be way behind now that we have taken this initiative.

Well, I'm home today, feeling under the weather, like CheckFree's stock price. And While short time the outlook for the stock price doesn't look all that great. I feel today's decision will give CheckFree a much larger market share and the better chance to capitalize in other areas (business to business, etc.). Today's announcement really hurts TransPoint. Free Bill Pay is the key to higher growth rates, along with more distribution area's.

Now more than ever, I'm looking to the August meeting. I think one of the main topics of discussion should be business to business transactions.
