I will concede that the relatively high volume (in the light of recent very low volume) and a falling share price below a logn term bottom is not good. In the face of good product news, its also not good.

Who was the guy on CNBC this morning panning COMPAQ? Maybe that explains it - or maybe there is a research report circulating from one of the brokerage houses. ML has not had a kick at COMPAQ for a month so maybe it is having another go.

The quiet period starts on 21st, I think, so any bad news ought to be out within a week.

Institutional ownership dropped 2% last week but the number of institutions owning rose.
