PALISADES PARK, N.J., June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- High Speed Net Solutions,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: HSNS) announced today that it will begin a sales
alliance with its systems integrator, 186K.Net, a Boca Raton, Florida-based
firm.

186K.Net has a strategic alliance with Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) and is a
fully integrated hosting facility.

"Our alliance with Microsoft to use MCIS enables us to reach re-sellers
who will bring this technology into homes and businesses worldwide," said Don
Koury, president of 186K.NET. MCIS (Microsoft's Commercial Internet System)
is Microsoft's product suite of commercial-grade server components designed
specifically for ISPs and commercial web sites.

High Speed Net Solutions, through 186K. Net, will be initially debuting
the superior performance of the dynamic wavelet-based products which are
licensed from Summus, Ltd. at various Microsoft shows to be held on dates to
be announced. A schedule will be posted and updated on the HSNS web site.

Live product demonstrations will allow attendees to preview three software
applications. Attendees may choose to preview the still-image compression
technology (product name 4U2C)(TM), a product that can reduce bandwidth
required by 70% and triple the speed of the Internet; MaxxNotes(TM), the only
full audio/video synchronized video electronic mail in the world (266 MHz
machines or faster) and streaming video that offers dramatically smoother
transmissions and improved performance versus MPEG based technologies.

"Wavelet technology is far superior to the MPEG-based products which are
on the market now. The products licensed from Summus will dramatically change
the way we view movies, the news and communicate over the Internet. Because
we have the infrastructure and system integration expertise that is necessary
to offer wavelet products commercially, we believe we will help open up new
avenues and new markets for e-commerce," said T. Aloisio, CEO of 186K.NET.

186K.Net will host the live demonstrations and will offer qualified
conference attendees the opportunity to represent the technologies to their
appropriate customers. They will continue the recruitment of independent re-
sellers while traveling and appearing exclusively throughout the United States
at Microsoft's designated events.

For these demos 186K.Net has prepared the wavelet-based streaming solution
for delivery on the MCIS platform and will utilize the Microsoft streaming
video viewer that is installed in Windows 98 (available for free download for
all non Windows 98 users at the company's web site). 186K.Net has agreed to
exclusively offer High Speed Net Solution's licensed streaming video product
to its client base and has begun making sales presentations this past week.

"We anticipate a great deal of positive press from these live
demonstrations. The products that HSNS has licensed and we're offering in
conjunction with them at Microsoft's events are dramatically better than
anything on the market. I think, when people see the demos, they will be
extremely impressed with the performance. We're extremely optimistic about
the potential that we have and what we can accomplish in the next coming
weeks," commented Ron deJong, a spokesman for HSNS.
