what you do or say really has no affect on me or my relationship with nite's stock. I day trade it, and position trade it on uptrends.

FWIW,

....A short is almost always considered to have a smug and arrogant attitude, especially when the stock being shorted is sliding downward....

That's entirely false. Or should I say not entirely true? The reason most shorts get a bad rap is because they come in and prey after a big run up.

They spew their line about how a stock is a POS with out having done much research beyond the chart.

Now, if you truely believed in your words about nite being a POS, you would stay stedfast in your short position. After all, I am under the impression that fundamental shorts stick it out to keep market cap away from such POSs so the leaders may flurish.

Cheers!

Southwest Keeps Knight/Trimark At Buy, Cuts
Target $4 To $97 (NITE)

(NewsTraders.com)-- Southwest Securities analyst Darren Lewis maintained
his "buy" recommendation on Knight/Trimark Group Inc. (NITE), but lowered
his price target by $4 to $97, according to a source at the firm.

The new target is based on 70x Southwest's EPS estimate of $1.39 over the
next four quarters.

In a note to clients, Lewis said the stock's recent pullback is related to the
general slump seen throughout the Internet sector, specifically online trading
companies.

Knight/Trimark operates as a market maker in both Nasdaq and New York
Stock Exchange securities.

Zurdo, can I be cocky now, huh?

I'd hate to see a "regular" poster lose his profits due to shorting cockiness.
Tell me that you sold yesterday.

You are awfully quiet all of a sudden.
