LAST TRADE $.83 LTGL (OTC-BB).

We are featuring Liteglow Industries, Inc. as a strong buy recommendation because of their much improved financials, expanding revenue base and good earnings prospects. The Company is a manufacturer, designer, and importer of products for the automotive and electronics specialty markets. The U.S. automotive and electronic after markets are expected to exceed $300 billion in combined revenues this year and are growing at a 3 to 5% clip annually, which at the high end represents annual incremental growth of $15 billion!

Last year, an article in the South Florida Business Journal featured an interview with the Pompano Beach - based company's CEO, Spencer Krumholz. In the article, Mr. Krumholz spoke of several important elements necessary to keep in mind when dealing with new accounts - especially the national retail/mass merchandiser ones that are so important for smaller consumer product businesses to win over and establish reorder after reorder with.

These major tenants are worth examining, as the article appeared in the press over a year ago, and Mr. Krumholz has "walked his talk" in helping Liteglow Industries prosper and grow. His marketplace wisdom was summed up as follows:

Do not overestimate your abilities : if you promise more than you can
deliver your relationship will sour.

Get your banker on your side: you will need money to fill the chains'
big, new orders; and bankers are more willing to offer a generous line of credit to a firm selling to national retailers than to a company whose client list is only mom-and-pop shops.

The first client is the toughest: the herd mentality affects big chains, too. Building relationships with big retailers takes time.

Chains pay less: but so will you. National retailers pay less for products than do small retailers. But in turn, the increased volume lets the small guy lean on his suppliers for better deals.

Don't forget the details: because big retailers charge penalties for little mistakes on purchase orders, it's important that somebody scrutinize packages before they leave the warehouse.

Don't forget the small customers: it can be easy to forget about your base of small retailers in an attempt to please that major chain.

As we present to investors the very latest facts in the Liteglow story, put the above "articles of faith" in context, to appreciate how well LTGL is doing at the present time. CEO Krumholz has applied the above articles one sale at a time to build a steadily-increasing base of value for the Company.

After Circuit City Stores which was the first major chain retailer / mass merchandiser to sell and reorder Liteglow products - the list now includes the likes of major automotive mass retailers such as Pep Boys and Trak Auto.

The latest watershed announcement in February of this year was that LTGL would supply Winnebago Industries, Inc. (the leading manufacturer of motor homes in the United States) with their docking driving lights as OEM equipment. Winnebago Industries' self-contained recreation vehicles are used primarily for leisure travel and outdoor recreational activities. According to Lou Wiener, the COO of Liteglow Industries, "This deal allows Liteglow to extend our growth into the marketplace, not only for retail activity, but Original Equipment Manufacturing." He also stated, "We are proud to begin a relationship with Winnebago Industries, a company that has over 40 years of excellence behind them."

Regarding the deal, president and CEO Spencer Krumholz stated: "We are constantly looking for ways to sucessfully market the Liteglow name and its products. As the new millenium approaches Liteglow Industries will continue to examine ways to strengthen its market share and its prospects for new business."

The very latest announcement from LTGL came on June 10, 1999 where Mr. Wiener stated that Liteglow's sales manager had just returned from a very successful sales trip, and is very close to signing up several major new customers. Momentum is building in many ways for Liteglow at the present time.

The Company is due to report sales revenues and net earnings through the first five months of 1999 on June 16th. We are predicting that sales will show over a 100% increase over the comparable period ending in May one year ago, and be near the $2.2 million milestone; net profits will come in near the $0.055 mark per share (on an annualized basis, the trailing P/E ratio will easily be under 10!

There are approximately 3.9 million shares outstanding and 3.7 million in the float.

Net income should be over $245,000 as compared to a loss of (over $281,000) a year ago.

According to LTGL CEO Spencer Krumholz, many positive events are now coming together for the Company:

- Liteglow had an extremely successful exhibit at the 1999 Consumer
Electronics Show in Las Vegas with five new European customers placing orders.

· The Company has opened up 4 new major distributors, including the largest
truck stop distributor in the United States!

· Chain Store / Mass Merchandiser sales have increased dramatically this year.

· Liteglow's export business is ramping up nicely this year; products now are sold to clients in the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, the Ukraine, Australia, Korea, Japan, Canada and South America.

· Lowglow, the neon lighting wholly-owned subsidiary, is performing well above expectations and has increased its manufacturing capacity.

· The Company is dissolving its B & B vehicle security system subsidiary, and took the full write-off last year.

· LTGL is putting significant money and resources this year behind improving and expanding its websites: www.lowglow.com & www.liteglow.com

· The Company's CEO and COO are traveling to China this summer to establish joint-venture production agreements to develop additional new products with even more diversity in price ranges.

CEO Krumholz wants to inform investors and shareholders that he has not sold any of his original stock in this company he has helped build - Liteglow Industries, Inc.

Since Lowglow's products are some of the hottest selling items that Liteglow has at the moment - a partial product list below exhibits some of the consumer items that have gained wide acceptance in the electronic and lighting accessory aftermarket business. The undercar lighting kits consist of cool neon light tubes that are red hot sellers, and made in the U. S.

Joe,

LTGL has had good potential for sometime now almost in spite of SK.

My opinion of the CEO is based on following this company for over a year. Read back at least a year on this thread and you will see why so many are hostile concerning SK.

Respect must be earned and IMO it has instead been destroyed by past statements and actions.

Since I do own some shares, I really hope it continues up.
