John, I do not know of any floorless of this kind (and by the way, the floorless do not always wait out the six months), but you may want to look at MVIS, if the price is maintained for another two days above $24, a big chunk of warrants will become worthless unless converted, my guess is that many of these new shares , IMHO, are going to get back on the market, and I believe the stock will drift back to the mid teens.
