USA Today:page 11A-Supreme Court votes against banning casino gambling advertising. This action could pave the way for TV ads for almost any aspect of gaming industry. The court cited that lotteries and other forms were not prohibited so they could not justify banning the gambling casinos.First amendment privileges and rights were also cited in the article from today's issue. This ruling could open the way for some interesting advertising rights being exercised soon.Looks to me like another blow to opponents of the gaming industry in the USA.Go BETT!

Happy Returns-
