The rumors not only come from these boards. I talked to a woman in mpls yesterday who said she bought at 14 because her Merrill Lynch broker told her IBM was going to buy out ANCR. Of course anyone at Merrill would be the last one to know anything about this stock. Unfound rumors like this are usually started by latecomers who generally don't understand this co. or might see that IBM owns 700,000 or 800,000 shares of ANCR and draw inferences.

Kerry,

"I do not have any more recent info/rumors that
would contradict the predictions that Blue is in the BRCD camp."

I don't recall anyone made prediction specifically that BLUE went to BRCD. AR/BS might have said that BRCD got 100%.

"I will also heard reiterate word is that SGI went with BRCD and this info/reason
why was posted over the weekend. Again, this information can be obtained from
industry people outside of Ancor. "

I am confused, is this just another rumor? Why do SGI change their mind so fast? It seems to me that they can't do anything right.

Kerry - Do the rumors regarding IBM differentiate between the Strorage Division and Global Services? I thought that Ancor had a good relationship with Global Services.
