I am surprised you say this.

When it comes to spending on a few drill holes (a small program of course), you say it is better to keep cash for production. Why should they spend money assaying concentrate rather than spending on production ?

Even if we are obviously not talking the same kind of money here.. the logic is that if you decide to spend only for production..you do so.
