To All, I have my own read on this, that is that the Father's crowd has done whatever they could to bring the stock down as low as possible and to have Bob Gardner have access to as little cash as possible to minimize his chances of having any success. Let's face it the Fathers's crowd knows what they are doing and they want the company back in their hands as soon as posible. They may actually succeed. This company is NOT going out of business!! We have been spending our money on legal fees and not where we should be, Bob has not had the chance he deserved. I do see a higher stock price when all this fighting is behind us.

Interesting theory, Richard! Another thought along these lines… I would not be surprised if the stock price is being kept at these low levels until the 4 million warrants @ 1.50 expire (I believe that is some time in July).
Another thing that keeps me wondering about what is really going on, is the fairly high trading volume. Unlike with the IPM disaster, the stock price does not evaporate at high trading volumes. Obviously some people are still buying. Are these buyers outright gamblers, or so some know more than others?
I guess we'll find out more after the warrants have expired.
