LOL! Whooops, tired? I can see why. I miss-stated. My apologies. According to their 10QS filed in December 1998, page 3, Common Stockholders' Equity: Common stock(Deficiency), $0.001 par value, authorized 200,000,000. 66,402,169 AND 57,171,119 shares outstanding, respectively.

So much for MY memory. Heh! Now let's see how 'ol EDIG holds up today. Speaking of which, I see, based on this mornings CNBC report, that the legal community has ruled in favor of Rio as it relates to the music industry's suit claiming Rio's device infringes on copywrite laws(or something to this effect). The ruling stated that since this is a playback device not capable of copying, the suit is basically without merit. They found for Rio.
