There was huge to buy on the close, over 15,000 shares at $24, so I think the shorts are not going to win this one. All longs who do need to square up their positions once the warrants are called should hold off selling the stock and/or warrants until after thursday, as having the warrants called is very GOOD for MVIS.

Good luck to all.

Lola, you're sooo right. We ARE doing pretty good! Let's think about it: The first time MVIS ever struck the magic limit of $24, it stayed there, and has done so for 18 days. I'm optimistic -and impressed. If this babe gets the task done on its first run it really is 'pretty good'.

IF the price holds the mark for the next two days, a lot of pressure will have been taken out. That makes the probability of seeing it bounce upwards after Thursday much higher IMHO. You know as well as I do that there is one thing the market hates more than anything, and that's uncertainty. We've allowed ourselves to express different approaches to 'what-to-do-when-the-warrants-are-called', and we all knew that this might well turn out to be a close battle. We would have liked to have sold a few -just in case- around 28. At least, that's what we would have liked to do now that we now it closed @24 today...

So, what do we do? I have chosen to stick, and with a close monitoring tomorrow (even though it will take me late into the evening), I'm quite confident that my strategy will be maintained the same. As far as I've gathered, the company will call the warrants by Friday, but we still have 30 days to act: Exercising warrants is simple: tell your broker within the 30 day notice period you want to exercise and have the money available.
On Friday, if all's well, the pressure will be released, the uncertainty will be taken off the stock and those who did sell during these last days, will be trigger happy to buy back in. That's my hunch.

Kim

PS. This is important, and I'd like someone to help me out with this one, since I'm unfamiliar to the actual technicalities of warrants: Will the warrants still be traded during the 30 day period????
