As someone who has followed this company for awhile, I must admit my only real surprise is my lack of anxiety that everyone else seems to be displaying over the possibility that the warrants can't be called on Thursday. Though the warrant conversion would be gravy, with the recent financings that the Company has made since the beginning of the year, the Company is still flush with cash, even considering its burn rate. Most of the cash would be just earning interest and that income wouldn't necessarily counter the dilution (regardless of Rick's statement that the conversion is "anti-dilutive" at the meeting). Regardless as to whether we convert this week, I still see the conversion happening before the end of the year as more contracts are announced. Obewon
