OT, You can find an Inet connection a couple of different ways .
I don't know how you travel, but if using a hotel, many have them now, or can give you a location. If you use a major isp like AOL, for example, you can search for users in the area you are going to, email them and they can help you, or even they will rent you or let you use theirs.
I just got back from Bermuda, and I used a connection that a local bar had, won't give the name for courtesy reasons, want to use it again next time so I won't risk displaying the name here.
But it is really not too hard.
I have done a search in personal ads, for persons and you can get to know someone that has or will point you to an isp.
I use my laptop for navigation so I just take it to the isp I find.
Good luck!
PS. The mail service behind JJs in St. Johns, can't remeber the name, has an isp, and the strip mall next to Yacht Haven in Charlotte, Amalie, St. Thomas had a computer store with services the last time I was there, over a year ago.
