my gut tells me there's an attack on MVIS to prevent the conversion; why is not clear except that someone expects to gain if the conversion doesn't succeed. Shorts, perhaps, and the clock starts running again and maybe a repeat performance as the deadline draws nigh. That kind of scenario would create more volatility, IMHO, and who benefits from that?

Open questions for the group, if I may.

What is the current status of the MVIS-HIT lab relationship?
Do we still get any tech. advancements they develope?

I ask because in this Jan. London Times article they are reporting what Tom Furness said about VRD glasses.

foxnews.com

At that time he said initial trials were over, and more developement work was about to begin.

In the conference call (May 3) Rick alluded to two medical related announcements "soon"...could this be the second?

I'd sure appreciate any feedback on this matter.

TIA
Fred

Humbly reporting, All, whose faith in this company remains strong and unwavering: Day #19 (D-1): MVIS $25 and MVISW $13 1/4. Volume 260,000.

Message related to end of trading, Wednesday 16 June AD 1999.
Day to go: D-day.

Kim

Just to add and repeat the essence from several posts Wednesday: The warrants will be traded for quite some time after Thursday, even if/when the conversion is due. There will be ample time to either raise cash or reshuffle portfolios in the weeks to come.

Dawn is about to break upon yet another exciting day for the company which will change the world as we know it today.
