I think that will be final decision on the offering price. But, hey, I really not the one to say Yes or No. I think before the announcement of IPO date, this stock will be a rolling stock, up & down.

Bill; The price range was set in the s1a.The next s1a should give the approx. IPO date, and the final pricing generally comes the day before the day it goes public. cb
