Software Delivery Agreement with Digital River Inc.

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 16, 1999--Cyrospace Technologies Corporation, a new
age aerospace engineering and technology transfer company today announced that it has signed a
software delivery agreement with Digital River Inc. (Nasdaq:DRIV) for software products
distribution.
"Digital River is the ultimate delivery and distribution vehicle for software products in the new
millennium," says Michael Cyrus, president of Cyrospace Technologies. "This added value allows
Cyrospace to concentrate on the core business which is aerospace engineering, technology transfer,

Digital River will provide Cyrospace Technologies support for electronic download and fulfillment of

in placing Cyrospace Technologies' software products on affiliated Web-based commerce sites
which it manages.

interactive database of space information organized as a graphical multimedia encyclopedia of space
technology. The Space Book is Windows compatible and is available on CD-ROM. It provides
quick search and reference to NASA educational resources, spin-off, and technical data. The Space
Book features more than 2,000 files such as space art, stamps, movies, space calendar, space
