News Release: June 23, 1999 09:20 Consolidated Medical Management, Inc. Announces Agreement With the City of Mesquite LAS VEGAS, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- CMMI (OTC Bulletin Board: CMMI) is pleased to announce the agreement with the City of Mesquite, Nevada to provide 24 hour medical care to this medically under-served area. As previously announced, Practice Management Group of Nevada, a soon to be CMMI subsidiary, answered a Request for Proposal from the City of Mesquite, Nevada to manage a 19,000 square foot state-of-the-art medical facility in that city. Medical Services would be provided by Mesquite Medical Associates headed by Philip Hartwell, M.D. (Board Certified in Family Practice) and Lonnie R. Empey, D.O. (Military-trained Internal Medicine). Mesquite is located 85 miles northeast of Las Vegas with a population of approximately 25,000 people in the service area. On June 15th, by unanimous decision of the Mesquite City Council, the clinic was awarded to Mesquite Medical Associates and Practice Management Group of Nevada with a lease and operating agreement for five years. The clinic is due to open in August and will begin providing 24 hour coverage no later than January 2, 2000. Gross revenues to Practice Management Group for management and marketing services will be approximately $450,000 over the term of the contract. IDS (Independent Diagnostic Services) another subsidiary of CMMI will be providing mobile diagnostic services for the facility. Practice Management Group of Nevada is also discussing a joint-venture with Mesquite Medical Associates to open and staff the surgical center at the facility to provide a local venue for out-patient surgery for the sub-specialist physicians from Las Vegas who will be rotating through the clinic on an ongoing basis. In other news, the Board of Directors of CMMI today announced the offering of a Private Placement Memorandum to bring a $2,000,000 capital infusion for planned growth and expansion.
