I love when analysts downgrade big companies like this one. I use it as a buying indicator. ORCL has 10 or 11 analysts with ORCL at a neutral. The way I figure it, at some point they will have to upgrade the stock which of course will move the stock higher. I did the same thing with LSI back in march when it was at 26 and 13 analysts had it as a hold. Great companies will always rebound and the time to buy them is when they are down. ORCL is another such company. Even if it closes at 29 tomorrow, I would still be buying it.
