Technicals look good for a rally starting here. Here is some analysis from TradeStation. Volume Indicator: Conventional Interpretation: No indications for volume. Additional Analysis: The long term market trend, based on a 45 bar moving average, is DOWN. The short term market trend, based on a 5 bar moving average, is DOWN. Volume is trending higher, allowing for a pick up in volatility. ThomasDeMark Expert Indicator: TD REI = -64.57 and rising. TD Channel II high = 3.8103, low = 3.2129. REI is in the oversold region and it has turned up from it's prior value. Expect upward price action to develop. The low of the bar has exceeded the lower channel boundary yet closed within the channel. This is normally a bullish indication. Expect the market to move higher.
