Hello to All: It looks extremely attractive at today's price... I'm in for the long haul. I wouldn't lose investor confidence on this BABY! Also, It's JULY which becomes a particularly slow time for small caps but a value seeker should see the opportunity signals with LENP. Sorry, that I haven't been on this thread in a while, I've been busy over in Europe. I had an opportunity to catch up with the NEW COO,Mr. Fischer late last week. The Company has focus and a strategy to really bring itself back into the ”lime light”. I understand that the Information Circular for this years AGM has some exciting information to reveal to the shareholders! I can't wait to see it! I believe the proxy information goes out sometime late this week. A dear close friend for over 35+ yrs. informed me that the Company has excellent news forthcoming. Oh, he works and lives in Michigan, USA for one of the auto co's... I would guess that's a HINT. Mr. Kurple, a extremely intelligent individual knows what it takes to make this Company BOOM!. It appears that many improvements have taken place over the last month but everyone is very tight lip about something extremely BIG.... I can only imagine!!! I asked an important question about on goings with current customers but again very tight lip but you could tell that something extremely positive is going on! I did find out that another major water/snow sports manufacturer bought some foam products and reiterated back to management that it was fantastic stuff but again nothing further. Typically, A stock comes off prior to an AGM for a number of different reason. For Example:1). New financing at a stipulate price per share 2) refinancing debt 3)employee activation of options usually knows he/she will be laid off after AGM. 4) conversions from one class of stock to another. It usually goes on a few days before that stipulated record date. I'm not saying any of this above infers anything about LENOX. I like this Co. and at these levels its at bargain prices! market gyration could be the most likely explanation. Remember, LENOX provides patent technologies and methods to replace hazards methods of productions with Green products which cost less and last longer... How can it not go any where BUT UP UP UP! I heard the Furniture show in Chicago was a great success but,nothing further, and, perhaps, will find out about all of these corporate matters in the Proxy info. LENP remains one of my portfolio favorites! I'm getting More! GC
