Sorry to be redundant, but "DD" on this baby just requires reading the S-1. My favorite parts include: ---- David R. Paolo is our President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and founder. He has served in this position since the formation of our predecessor.... From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Paolo was an officer and director of Northeast Business Associates, Inc., a Massachusetts computer equipment sale corporation. This entity ceased operations in 1992. Prior to that, he worked as a sales representative for Horizon Distributers, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation. Horizon Distributers declared bankruptcy on February 1, 1993. Mr. Paolo attended Roger Williams University from 1986 to 1990. ---- lets see, I'll try to put a nice "spin" on this: a) bill gates "attended" Harvard, but didn't graduate (either?); b) bill gates worked for (and founded) traf-o-data, an "entity that ceased operations" at some point; c) just because a company goes bankrupt doesn't mean that anybody deliberately sucked it dry... maybe i'll post another interesting section tomorrow...
