Everyone,
The beginning of this note will sound discouraging to you but let
me preface that with the fact that when we now see this next release
it will be BY FAR the most dramatic and important release in the
history of Jones Naughton (JNNE). A dramatic development has taken
place in regards to the pending release which makes the announcement a
blockbluster. I did find out that it has to do with a major NASDAQ company and several BIG-NAME entities piggy-backed into the deal now. JNNE now is
just waiting sign-offs from legals representing the entire package.
They hope to complete this today and release tomorrow as it is getting
rather late in the day. Folks, I think this is the one that we have been waiting for and all those that have had the patience to really look at the
business plan will realize that very shortly. If anyone needs to get hold of
me please do so after 5:00 P.M. E.D.T. as I am scheduling a
conference call with my network shortly after market close. Those that wish may post this information on S.I. and R.B..

Good Evening Everyone,
To say the least I believe today was very exciting. If you remember, a few weeks ago I told you that Mr. Naughton had a definite "game-plan" in regards to release of information leading up to the debut of GoOn-Line. He wanted to build as much interest as possible to get the most exposure for the "Grand Opening". He wanted to save the really significant releases until we got closer to this event. Tomorrow will be the start of the real meat and potatoes. I told you earlier today that I did find out that we have a deal with a large NASDAQ company. In addition I am told we will see many big names that will be piggy-backed onto this deal making it the most important news we have seen in JNNE's history. I was told that they are waiting on only one (1) check-off from one (l) of the company's legal team out of the many that will be in this release. Mr. Naughton said that if they don't receive that by tomorrow morning they would release the news without their name. My group that was on the conference call with me this afternoon to discuss our buying strategy did so much speculating on who the major company is that is heading this release that my ears are still ringing. I have a few guesses of my own and my group has several others. I don't like to speculate but I do feel confident that this will finally be the conduit to really set things off.
Now, if that isn't enough Mr. Naughton said that they are already
getting another release (possibly Thursday) ready that he feels will be bigger than this one. I have no idea whether it will be dealing more with GoOn-Line or something big to do with the GoOn-Line Kiosk Division. When I first put my first "due diligence" report on JNNE out on Silicon Investor it was at .20 cents and my group rated it a strong buy at the time. Given what we feel they have done in regards to following their "business plan" we now feel confident in rating it a strong buy again. Remember, this is just OUR OPINION based on OUR "DUE DILIGENCE". It is your responsibility to do your own and make your own decision. A word of advice----I think we could possibly see a gap-up tomorrow. Be ready early and please do not put in market orders. However, it might not be a bad idea, given the circumstances, to go a penny or so over the ask in order to get a little edge.
For those that have not talked to the company lately--PLEASE do so!!
Mr. Naughton---(714) 736-0988 Investor Relations (Patrick Rost) (760) 942-0015 Best of luck to all of us.
I hope I have been of help.
