(...speaking of:) I WAS ON A LONG, IMPATIENT LINE AT THE POST OFFICE. BUT OUR SITUATION WASN'T AS BAD AS THAT OF A YOUNG MAN WHO HAD JUST REACHED THE COUNTER. "OH, NO!"
