Excuse me, is this the right classroom for Warrant Conversion 101? Pardon me for the stupid question, but what is the effect of MVIS: (a) hitting the conversion, or (b) missing the conversion? The warrants are convertible at $12, half the price, so if they can be converted, won't the stock price drop as they come onto the market? Or are they exercisable only by the company and never come onto the market? And if they miss and no conversion is allowed, won't that also drop the stock price as the MMs will be exhausted from propping up the price? Is there any reason for the price to stay up? I could probably figure this out if I had time to read the SEC filing, but I don't right now. Thanks for any help anyone can give.
