fairly large float finally got taken out at the close is why it ran so hard and fast...expect more tomorrow, company terribly undervalued still. dare i say open around .30??

MM SHWD moved off the ask and up the bid at 16:55, never seen a MM move after 16:10 or so,there arent any shares left to sell :)
...also see plenty of large block in the aftermarket

Not contrived, imo. VALH is too undervalued and many sharp players are buying large blocks. Based on the last filing, VALH is actually a good buy up to .50.
