what I meant by that is that he has a record with the NASD for breaking many rules and he has been suspended several times. I personally don't know what you call that, as for criminal behavior pertaning to criminal behavior in public it seems he was arrested I believe for assault with a deadly weapon but was not prosecuted. So I am sorry the the miswording. Just let me know what you are suppossed to call somebody that has been suspended by the NASD several times and had licences revoked etc..Thanks I appreicate it, take care.. YAK
